While we're surrounded by lush gardens and nature, Brooklyn's Crown is close to all major amenities and attractions, making it the ideal accommodation or function venue destination.
ABOUT
Built circa 1902 in traditional Cape Dutch architecture, the main house of Brooklyn's Crown is one of the oldest and most beautiful properties in Pretoria.
Over the past years, it has been fully renovated with modern finishes while keeping the unique Cape Dutch charm.
EVENTS & FUNCTIONS
Whether it's a bridal shower, kitchen tea, bachelorette party, or birthday party, Brooklyn's Crown can host your ideal event.
We offer a beautiful venue to host a private event - The Patio. Have a look below!
We also offer special rates for the venue hire if you're booking rooms with us as well, so give us a call about your function requirements and we'd be happy to assist.
The Patio

The Patio overlooks the garden and the swimming pool is the ideal place to host a beautiful outdoor (but rain-proof!) function.
We only book one group at a time, and when booking with us, the entire patio is for your use (13.5 m x 6 m).
ACCOMMODATION
Our fully equipped apartments and studios are ideal for leisure and business travellers, as well as for your guests to stay overnight if you're hosting a function with us.
We offer four spacious self-catering apartments and studios, each with unique features and offerings. Have a look below, and reach out to us if you'd like to know more.
Anderson Studio

The Anderson Studio is our most spacious unit, and can sleep up to three people.
Large double doors open up on our lovely courtyard for easy access to the garden.
The studio is equipped with kitchen equipment and a separate kitchen.
De Kampenaar Studio
The De Kampenaar Studio is a lovely, spacious and quiet unit for two guests, and is decorated with a bit more of a classical touch.
It offers a king-size bed (or two twin beds upon request) and a large bathroom with a separate full bath and shower. It also offers a fully-equipped kitchen area.

De Jonghe Apartment (Room 1)
The De Jonghe Apartment is a two-bedroom apartment accommodating up to four guests. While the rooms can be accessed separately, an interlinking kitchen and living area can connect the rooms, making it ideal for families or friends. It also offers the most comprehensive kitchen area of our units.
Room 1 of the De Jonghe Apartment is the larger of the two rooms in the apartment, and offers a queen-size bed for two guests.
It offers its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as private, direct access to our courtyard.

Room 2 of the De Jonghe Apartment also offers a queen-size bed for two guests.
